Green Card with Investment: What is the EB-5 Program?

The EB-5 program allows foreign investors to obtain a U.S. Green Card by making a qualifying investment that creates jobs.

Key requirements:

  • Minimum $800,000 in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA), or $1,050,000 elsewhere.

  • Investment must create at least 10 full-time U.S. jobs.

  • Funds must be legally sourced and documented.

The process includes selecting an EB-5 project, filing Form I-526, receiving a conditional Green Card, and later filing Form I-829 to make it permanent.

At Tony Ocal LLC, we offer vetted EB-5 projects with strong job creation and low risk. We work closely with immigration attorneys to ensure every document is prepared correctly.

For investors seeking permanent U.S. residency with business opportunity, the EB-5 program is a powerful and reputable option.
